James S. Haahr

James S. Haahr– Chairman of the Board of Meta Financial Group and MetaBank. Mr. Haahr has served in various capacities since beginning his career with First Federal in 1961. He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees and former Chairman of the Investment Committee of Buena Vista University. He is a former member of the Savings Association Insurance Fund Industry Advisory Committee to the FDIC, and past member of the Legislative Committee of Iowa Bankers Association. Mr. Haahr is former Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, former Chairman of the Iowa League of Savings Institutions, a former member of the Board of Directors of America's Community Bankers and a former director of the U.S. League of Savings Institutions. Mr. Haahr received his B.S. degree from Buena Vista College in Storm Lake, Iowa. Board committees: Meta Trust® Committee and member of Executive Committee. James S. Haahr is the father of J. Tyler Haahr.

J. Tyler Haahr – President and Chief Executive Officer of Meta Financial Group and MetaBank, and President of Meta Trust®. Meta Financial Group and its affiliates have employed Mr. Haahr since March 1997. Previously Mr. Haahr was a partner with the law firm of Lewis and Roca LLP, Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Haahr received his B.S. degree with honors at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota. He graduated with honors from the Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C. Mr. Haahr serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Sioux Falls YMCA. J. Tyler Haahr is the son of James S. Haahr. Member of Executive Committee.

Brad Hanson

Brad Hanson– Executive Vice President of Meta Financial Group and MetaBank, and President of Meta Payment Systems®. Meta Financial Group and its affiliates have employed Mr. Hanson since May 2004. Previously Mr. Hanson was senior vice president at Bankfirst in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. During his career, he has served in numerous banking, card industry, and technology-related capacities. Mr. Hanson received his B.A. degree from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota. Mr. Hanson serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association. Board committees: Meta Trust® Committee and member of Executive Committee.

  E. Thurman Gaskill

E. Thurman Gaskill

E. Thurman Gaskill – Member of the Board of Directors of Meta Financial Group and MetaBank. Mr. Gaskill has owned and operated a grain farming operation located near Corwith, Iowa, since 1958. He has served as a commissioner with the Iowa Department of Economic Development and also as a commissioner with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. Mr. Gaskill is the past president of both the Iowa and National Corn Growers Associations, past chairman of the United States Feed Grains Council, and has served in numerous other agriculture positions. Mr. Gaskill served in the Iowa Senate from 1998-2008. Board committees: Chairman of Meta Trust®, Chairman of Compensation Committee, and Member of Stock Option Committee.

Frederick V. Moore – Member of the Board of Directors of Meta Financial Group and MetaBank. Mr. Moore has served as President of Buena Vista University since 1995. He is an attorney who holds J.D. with Honors, M.B.A. and B.A. degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Moore has worked in corporate America as a strategic planner, financial analyst, and marketing executive. Board committee: Audit Committee.

Rodney G. Muilenburg – Member of the Board of Directors of Meta Financial Group and MetaBank. Mr. Muilenberg is a retired dairy specialist with Purina Mills, Inc. Mr. Muilenberg received a B.A. degree in Biological Science from Northwestern College, Orange City, Iowa; M.A. degree in secondary school education from Mankato State University, Mankato, Minnesota; and a Specialist degree in secondary school administration from Mankato State University, Mankato, Minnesota. Board committees: Chairman of Stock Option Committee, member of Compensation and Audit Committees.

  Jeanne Partlow

Jeanne Partlow

Jeanne Partlow – Member of the Board of Directors of Meta Financial Group and MetaBank. Mrs. Partlow retired in June 1998 as President of the Iowa Savings Bank Division of First Federal Savings Bank of the Midwest (now MetaBank), located in Des Moines, Iowa. She was President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson of the Board of Iowa Savings Bank, F.S.B., from 1987 until the end of December 1995, when Iowa Savings Bank was acquired by and became a division of First Federal Savings Bank of the Midwest. Mrs. Partlow is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines with over 30 years of bank management experience. Board committees: Chairperson of the Audit Committee and member of the Compensation and Stock Option Committees.

Troy Moore – Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Meta Financial Group and MetaBank. Meta Financial Group and its affiliates have employed Mr. Moore since March 1997. He previously served as President of the bank’s Central Iowa market in Des Moines. Mr. Moore received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Iowa State University and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking. Member of Executive Committee.

David W. Leedom

David W. Leedom – Chief Financial Officer of Meta Financial Group and MetaBank. Mr. Leedom has been employed by Meta Financial Group and its affiliates since January 2007 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in October 2007. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Credit and Business Analytics. Mr. Leedom received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree from the University of Iowa and is a certified public accountant - inactive. Member of Executive Committee.
