Qualifying nominations must be entered on behalf of 501(c)(3) NPO (nonprofit organizations) within primary MetaBank service area. Selection of recipient organization is randomly conducted by MetaBank on a weekly basis. MetaBank reserves the right to review and approve donation based on NPO qualifications. A subsequent drawing will be made for those not meeting qualification criteria. NPO limited to four recipient nominations per program year. NPO agrees to use of its name or official title in media as determined by MetaBank. Entrant name/identity submission is voluntary and by making a nomination the entrant is allowing the release of name and nomination statement in media promotional materials with no guarantee of compensation nor material editorial and ownership rights.
